His passion for nurturing talent and fostering growth led him to establish his own electrical business, Panda Poles Electrical Services, LLC. As an employer, Joseph dedicated himself to the professional development of his team, imparting skills and mentorship to cultivate dedicated electricians and electrical helpers.

Driven by a desire to make a lasting impact, Joseph founded House of Distinguished Gentlemen in 2022. This non-profit organization reflects his commitment to empowering young men through comprehensive programs aimed at personal development and life skills enhancement.
